Donation Refunds
Donations made to HOPE FOUNDATION TRUST are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made in cases of errors or unauthorized transactions. To request a refund, please contact us at admin@hopefoundation.co.in
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 10–15 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway provider. If a tax exemption certificate (80G) was already issued for the refunded amount, it will be considered void and must be returned or discarded.
Event Registration
For event registrations, refunds may be available under certain conditions, as specified in the event details. Requests for refunds must be made in writing to admin@hopefoundation.co.in
Monthly Donations
Monthly recurring donations can be cancelled at any time by contacting us at admin@hopefoundation.co.in. Cancellations made after the donation has been processed for the current month will not result in a refund for that month.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any changes will be posted on our website.
